When ordering goods, you must provide us with the name of your company, VAT ID number, name, surname, address and e-mail address. This allows us to ensure a smooth process of final execution of your order and to be able to notify you of any changes to the order. We will use your information from time to time only to inform you of major changes, new services and special offers on our websites, which we confidently claim to be important information to you. Delivery to Slovenia: the delivery time of the order for products for personal use in stock is usually 2-5 working days. For products for personal use that are not currently in stock, the delivery time is usually stated on the product (approximately 7 working days). If the ordered product is not in stock and we find that delivery cannot be guaranteed within 7 working days, we will notify the customer by e-mail. Delivery in Slovenia is charged 4 € with VAT. We deliver products via the GLS Slovenia delivery service. If the availability of the product for professional use is not determined explicitly when describing the product (and when the customer adds the product to the cart), the approximate delivery time of such a product is between 14 days and 1 month. At the same time, we inform the customer in advance by e-mail.
Delivery of ordered products in our online store is carried out in the shortest possible time and depends on the availability of products. The products will be delivered to the address you specified when registering or. purchase process; we recommend that you indicate the address where you are in the morning. We also recommend that you write down the mobile number where you can be reached in the morning, as the courier will be able to call you and agree with you on the method of delivery.
In case you do not want the product to be delivered to your address, you can also choose one of the Parcel Shop units on the GLS Slovenia website, where you can pick up the package yourself (by mail). All you have to write in the delivery details box is your name and address of the selected Parcel Shop unit.
The redemption of the package can be paid to the GLS courier upon delivery in cash or by credit / debit card. In the event that you pay for your goods with the card, you will be charged an additional bank fee of 1.43% of the redemption amount for which the GLS courier will issue you an invoice. In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the GLS courier will leave you a message about the arrived shipment. The message states the package number and the telephone number of the GLS delivery service (01 500 11 90), and their e-mail address (email@example.com). You can contact the listed contact information and order the re-delivery of the package to your address or arrange for the package to be delivered to another address (where you will be available at the time of delivery). If you wish, you can also arrange with GLS to deliver the package to the nearest Package Store or to Paketomat, where you can pick up the package yourself.
Delivery abroad (EU): delivery time for orders of products for personal use in stock is from 7-14 days. For personal products that are not currently in stock, the delivery time is approximately 14-21 days. If the product is not in stock and needs to be ordered and the delivery time is longer than 14 working days, we inform the customer in advance by e-mail. For neighboring countries within the EU (Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia), delivery costs are € 26. For central countries within the EU (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, the Netherlands), delivery costs are € 30. For nearby countries within the EU (UK, Ireland, Denmark, France, Romania, Bulgaria) delivery costs are € 34. For distant countries within the EU (Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania) delivery costs are € 50. If the availability of the product for professional use is not determined explicitly when describing the product (and when the customer adds the product to the cart), the approximate delivery time of such a product is approximately 1 month. We inform the customer in advance about the more precise delivery time by e-mail.
The buyer can within 14 days of receiving the product that he does not want the purchased product and that he withdraws from the contract. He is obliged to return the goods at his own expense undamaged and in the same quantity, within 15 days from the day he took them over.
The company does not assume responsibility for non-performance of services and / or damage arising from causes on the part of the customer or delays caused by non-operation, malfunction or failure of the flow of information or the company’s Internet or information system.
